Casual for a Cause Donation

Wil Morris, CEO (right), on behalf of the staff of Sanilac County Community Mental Health, was pleased to present a check in the amount of $741 to Christina Rowley, Foundation & Marketing Director of Marlette Regional Hospital, (left), for their BCUPS Program. The CMH employees are very supportive of these breast cancer awareness/prevention efforts.

The money donated by CMH employees is obtained through their “Casual for a Cause” fundraiser. CMH employees are allowed to dress casually every other Friday in exchange for a $3 donation to the “Casual for a Cause” fund, with the understanding that the money would be donated towards initiatives that benefit citizens of Sanilac County.

Former recipients include the Backpack Project, Walk for Warmth, Shop with a Hero, Thumbs Up for Kids, and the Sanilac County Veterans’ Affairs Solders Relief and Transportation funds.
